MCM Restoration
Built in 1955 and situated in the Eastwood neighborhood of East Dallas presented itself as a home with exceptional bones and a compromised identity. Acquired as our first property, the house had been significantly deteriorated and cosmetic updates that had obscured nearly every original mid-century element. The restoration was guided by one principle: return the home to its authentic mid-century identity.

Original features were preserved wherever possible; the angled living room ceiling with exposed beams, the Roman split face brick fireplace, walls of steel casement windows, and an intact kitchen with original cabinetry and period-correct details.

Both bathrooms were thoughtfully renovated, and the backyard was reimagined to include a converted artist studio, detached two-car garage with workshop, and a custom patio connecting the two.
