Hi, I'm Paola Mendoza I'm a product designer with a foundation in architecture. Originally from El Paso, Texas, I've grown up deeply connected to my American-Mexican roots. It has equipped me with a deep sensitivity to diverse perspectives, cultural nuance, and empathy. Throughout my career, I've lead thoughtful design processes, from understanding complex user needs to executing functional spaces. I believe good design should feel approachable and human, while also leaving room for curiosity and surprise. Outside of work, you'll find me sketching jewelry pieces, at a concert or planning my next travel adventure. At the core, my goal is to create designs that empower people, inspire confidence, and reflect the beauty of being authentic.
